We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic childcare specialist to join our vibrant team. Whether you're ready to soar full-time or part-time (60–100%), we offer a permanent position where you can thrive, grow, and truly shine.

• Support & Care: Provide loving care and educational support to our little heroes, aged 3 months to 4 years.
• Inspire Learning: Implement our bilingual educational concept to foster early childhood learning and support the individual development of each child.
• Lead with Heart: Organise and lead your group with creativity, structure, and inspiration, turning everyday moments into magical learning experiences.
• Partner with Parents: Communicate openly and professionally with parents, guiding them with empathy and expertise regarding their child’s development. Organise parent meetings and participate in events to build a strong community.

• You’ve completed training as an EFZ childcare specialist or hold an equivalent qualification.
• You bring experience working with children and a passion for early education.
• You have excellent English skills
