Stettler Consulting AG in der Zentralschweiz sucht eine engagierte Customer Service Specialist zur Betreuung interner und externer Kunden sowie zur eigenständigen Abwicklung von Aufträgen.
Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Shared Service Center und den Distributionszentren zusammen, bearbeiten telefonische Anfragen zu Aufträgen, Lieferstatus und Retouren und pflegen Kundendaten in Oracle, Salesforce und Stibo. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich, Französisch von Vorteil.
