V-ZUG AG sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft für Order Processing in Zug. Sie sind verantwortlich für eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung über Post, Telefon und Webshop und beraten Kundschaft zu Preisen, Liefer- und Konditionen.
Sie bearbeiten Reklamationen, führen Neueinführungen nach Sortimentswechsel durch und betreuen Kunden sowie Außendienstmitarbeiter bei Sonderaufträgen. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie MS Office- und SAP SD-Kenntnisse sind gewünscht.
