You lead cross-functional engineering teams on global R&D initiatives in in-vitro diagnostics, bridging technical design, verification and regulatory compliance.
Your tasks- Plan, execute and own R&D deliverables, resources and budgets for complex global initiatives
- Standardize internal R&D processes and best practices to ensure regulatory alignment
- Act as the key R&D interface to Regulatory Affairs, Operations and executive stakeholders
- Apply expertise in IVD systems engineering, technical design and verification
- Lead high-performing technical project teams in a regulated IVD environment
- Proven track record leading technical project teams in a regulated IVD environment
- Experience in R&D systems engineering, verification and global regulatory alignment
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management in complex global matrix organizations
- Cross-functional leadership skills bridging design, risk management and compliance
- Workload: 100 %
- Option of a permanent position after the assignment if both sides want it
- 3-6 months interim, then a permanent position
