DePuy Synthes is establishing a standalone Orthopaedics company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months of the original announcement date of October 2025, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

DePuy Synthes, a ~$9 billion business, has an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager operating within Supply Chain Finance to gain extensive exposure across DePuy Synthes Principal Operations while leading the Currency Management team.

In this role, you will provide financial leadership to the Currency Management team, leading the identification and management of foreign currency exposures, centralized hedging, hedge and inventory accounting, forecasting, analytics and reporting across DePuy Synthes.

You will play a critical role in standing up the group to operate as a standalone DePuy Synthes Principal Operations team, ensuring that essential currency management activities continue to be performed to the highest standards of compliance, accuracy and insight before, during and after separation.
