** Group Finance Controller (m/f/d) 80–100% - 1 year fixed term**. In this role, you will contribute to the Group’s financial planning, reporting, accounting and consolidation processes, working closely with international colleagues and Group companies to ensure financial transparency and support informed business decisions.

* Managing the Group’s monthly forecasting, consolidation, IFRS accounting and reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial information
* Overseeing the monthly financial reporting of assigned Group companies, including actuals, forecasts and direct and indirect cash flow
* Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned Group companies on all accounting, financial and controlling matters
* Contributing to the Group’s strategic planning process and independently managing the financial planning and reporting activities of assigned Group companies and businesses
* Supporting the Group consolidation process in HFM, including closing checklists, reporting best practices and closing instructions
* Supporting the preparation of the Group’s monthly reports, half-year and year-end financial statements, as well as quarterly reporting to shareholders and other stakeholders
* Contributing to Group-wide projects, including the integration of new Group companies, mergers, software implementations and upgrades, due diligence processes and the implementation of new accounting standards
* Supporting treasury controlling activities, including external financing forecasts and financial instruments, as well as treasury planning and reporting
* Maintaining close collaboration with the Group Treasury and Group Tax teams
* Driving and supporting initiatives to improve reporting quality, transparency, process efficiency and overall financial governance###

Your profile
* You have 3–5 years of experience in Group Finance, covering controlling and accounting, ideally in an international environment
* You hold a university degree or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification such as a Swiss Federal Diploma of Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a CPA/ACCA qualification
* You have strong hands-on experience in controlling, particularly in forecasting and budgeting
* You have strong knowledge of IFRS, as well as solid accounting and consolidation expertise
* You have strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and financial consolidation tools
* You are analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to assess complex financial information, tackle new challenges and develop practical solutions
