What you’ll do- Reporting directly to Business Unit Director CVRM, your main responsibility will be to lead the current Amyloidosis business and the preparation of the launch of a new indication in the field of Cardiology. You will be responsible for all marketing and sales activities (direct reports), and to lead the cross‑functional team.
- In addition to these responsibilities, you will be a responsible for several Early Assets and you will drive the CVRM portfolio strategy ensuring smooth launch preparation of >5 new launches in Switzerland. You will be the key contact for the regional and global teams in ensuring optimal preparedness in Switzerland for the launch of our future portfolios.
- You will lead the development of the commercial launch as well as annual brand strategic plan and, cross‑functionally, implement and execute the operational plan. You are constantly informed about market conditions and incorporate them into your planning.
- You will develop the customer engagement strategy and will be responsible for the sales force and for the performance of your dedicated small field force team.
- You collaborate with regulatory affairs, market access, medical and sales to ensure adequate implementation of the planned activities. Including (but not restricted to) promotional and non‑promotional materials, omnichannel campaigns and educational events.
- You will maintain contacts with opinion leaders and represent our company at scientific and promotional events.
- You will be responsible for the annual budgeting (costs and sales) and will supervise these goals on an ongoing basis.
- You will lead key activities that are critical for our go‑to‑market model for our future assets and make strategic recommendations on our resourcing model
- You have at least 7 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and experience in both marketing and sales management. Previous experience in cardiology, specialty care and strong launch experience is a clear plus.
- Ideally you have experience in leading teams
- You are an innovative, goal‑oriented personality with a high level of self‑motivation. You have strong analytical skills. Problem solving & solution oriented, you can safely handle complex tasks
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills. You know how to influence others and how to lead cross‑functional partners at various seniority level
- Strong team player but you are determined and can succeed working with high level of autonomy
- You enjoy being close to the market and to your customers. Ideally you have experience in working at global level and understand the drug development lifecycle, commercial as well as market access aspects.
- You can balance your energy across multiple areas of priority as well as derive strategies from complex situations.
- Languages:
proficient in German and English is a requirement. French is a plus.
