Inviting applications for the role of Delivery Lead and Business Development, Planning & End-to-End Supply Chain Management - Vice President - English

The Vice President – Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing large-scale, global supply chain transformation programs across life sciences and manufacturing industries. The role requires deep expertise in supply chain planning, orchestration, and end-to-end integration, with a proven ability to lead complex delivery engagements, manage senior client stakeholders, and enable value realization  addition to delivery excellence, the role will drive account expansion and business development, positioning the organization as a trusted partner in shaping clients’ future-state supply chain strategies.

• Provide executive leadership for enterprise-scale supply chain transformation programs, leveraging Kinaxis and comparable APS platforms to deliver measurable client impact
• Own end-to-end program portfolio governance and delivery assurance, ensuring milestones, quality, financial targets, and value realization are achieved across multiple clients and geographies
• Lead cross-functional teams across business and technology, enabling integrated solutions that deliver planning, S&OP, and end-to-end visibility
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, shaping supply chain roadmaps and embedding industry best practices in governance, change management, and execution
• Translate evolving client and market needs into scalable supply chain solutions, embedding innovation and future-state operating model design
• Oversee solution architecture, process design, and delivery models across multi-tower programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks in pharma and life sciences
• Chair executive workshops, steering committees, and transformation sessions, driving alignment across supply chain, operations, commercial, and finance leadership teams
• Manage delivery risk, financial performance, and resource allocation across a diversified client portfolio, balancing operational excellence with business outcomes
• Partner with commercial and solutioning teams to drive account expansion, renewals, and new business pursuits through proposals, executive pitches, and client engagement
• Build and mentor senior consulting leaders and delivery teams, fostering high performance, collaboration, and succession readiness
• Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, offering innovation, and shaping go-to-market strategies for supply chain consulting services
