Job Description

Are you a quantitative thinker and developer with a passion for digital assets? Do you want to shape the future of trading in centralized (CeFi) or decentralized finance (DeFi) environments? Then join our team in Zug and help us build next-generation trading algorithms that set the standard in the industry.

  • Collaborate on developing highly competitive trading algorithms and platforms for CeFi and DeFi markets
  • Design and implement state-of-the-art trade execution and connectivity solutions
  • Conduct research and analysis of DeFi protocols, exchange microstructures, and trading strategies
  • Stay up to date with developments in blockchain ecosystems, DeFi protocols, and exchange landscapes
  • Contribute to end-to-end solutions, from concept and prototyping to deployment
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in applied mathematics, statistics, and numerical modeling
  • Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets and digital assets
  • Comfortable in a Linux R&D environment with git and related tools
  • Ability to research independently and adapt to rapidly changing markets
  • Excellent programming skills in one or more blockchain languages (e.g., Golang, Rust, Solidity, Move)
  • Proficiency in English
Nice to Haves
  • Hands-on experience in blockchain analytics, smart contract design, and cryptography
  • Deep understanding of EVM or other blockchain ecosystems
  • Programming experience in quantitative trading environments
  • Familiarity with Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based systems
