DevOps Engineer

In this role, you will take ownership of designing, implementing, and optimizing Dev Ops pipelines, infrastructure, and processes. With your strong technical expertise and collaborative mindset, you will help drive efficiency, stability, and scalability across software development workflows. You will also act as a mentor and role model within the team, empowering colleagues and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Dev Ops pipelines, infrastructure, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards relevant to medical software
• Deliver stable, scalable, and secure systems that support faster development cycles
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges using structured, analytical approaches
• Facilitate communication of technical concepts across teams and stakeholders
• Contribute to a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive working environment
• Mentor team members and support knowledge sharing within the chapter
• Work independently within established guidelines and organizational policies

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Dev Ops engineering or a related field
• Proven hands-on experience with at least one key Dev Ops technology (e.g., Git, containerization, virtualization, CI/CD pipelines)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to creatively solve complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong commitment to collaboration, ownership, and delivering meaningful impact
• Ability to build trust, foster teamwork, and contribute positively across functions
