As an IT SOX Controls Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the design, implementation, and compliance of SOX IT controls across our global organization. You will manage IT SOX compliance activities, coordinate audits, and drive process improvements across SAP, HR systems, and other financial reporting-relevant systems. By working closely with stakeholders across regions and functions, you will support audit readiness, risk mitigation, and ensure a consistent and effective IT control environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and implementation of SOX IT controls in alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate IT SOX activities globally, liaising with regional SOX teams and internal / external auditors.
• Manage the scope, testing, and remediation of IT SOX audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.
• Develop and maintain SOX-compliant IT policies and procedures.
• Monitor IT SOX compliance status, report risks, and represent IT SOX in governance bodies.
• Evaluate new IT processes for SOX relevance and support attestation efforts.
• Review third-party SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports for compliance with SOX ITGC requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in IT risk, compliance, or audit, including SOX IT controls.
• Proven experience managing cross-regional teams and audit processes.
• Strong knowledge of ITGC, SAP, HR systems, and financial reporting systems.
• Expertise in IT change management oversight, audit coordination, and policy development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP) highly desirable.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
