Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Executive Support

• Support the CTO in shaping and executing the technology strategy
• Prepare executive-ready materials (Board, ExCo, Steer Cos)
• Drive strategic planning cycles and roadmap alignment
• Track strategic initiatives and ensure delivery against milestones

• Establish and manage portfolio governance across tech initiatives
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Drive prioritization across competing initiatives
• Ensure alignment between business and technology streams

• Implement structured reporting frameworks
• Create dashboards and performance tracking mechanisms
  
  Identify risks early and propose mitigation measures
• Ensure transparency across stakeholders

• Support large-scale transformation initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
• Drive accountability and follow-ups
• Ensure structured execution and documentation

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Background in top-tier consulting (strategy, operations, or technology advisory preferred)
• Experience in technology transformation, IT strategy, or digital programs
• Strong analytical and structuring skills
• Experience working with senior executives
• Ability to translate complexity into clear messaging
• Excellent PowerPoint and stakeholder management skills
• Strong ownership mindset and execution discipline

• Exposure to AI, digital platforms, or enterprise IT environments
• Experience in PMO setup within large programs
• International experience
