Executive responsibility for building Gapfruit’s global Trust Services from the ground up.
Designing the strategy, operating model and organizational structures that enable Trust Services to be offered globally, consistently and at scale.
Your roleIn this executive management role, you define and build the operating model behind Gapfruit’s Trust Services. Your focus is not day‑to‑day operations, but the structures, processes and interfaces that make global, reliable and efficient service delivery possible.
This includes- Defining the global strategy for how Gapfruit’s Trust Services are offered, positioned and scaled — starting from zero
- Designing the initial operating and delivery model, including decisions on direct vs. partner‑led approaches
- Determining market entry priorities, regional focus and sequencing of rollout
- Defining which roles, capabilities and organizational structures are required to support global Trust Services
- Working closely with engineering and executive leadership to translate strategic intent into executable structures and teams
This role is being created from the ground up, and there is no single predefined profile for it. We are looking for someone with the experience and judgment to design and build a global Trust Services capability from zero. Your background may come from technology, services, platforms, partnerships, or regulated environments. What matters most is the ability to think in systems, to make deliberate long‑term decisions, and to take responsibility for shaping something that does not yet exist.
You are comfortable working with ambiguity and moving between strategic questions and practical execution. You understand how organizations, operating models, and partner structures are built — and how technical, regulatory, and commercial considerations must align over time.
This role will evolve as our Trust Services mature. We expect to shape it together, based on the challenges we encounter and the direction we take.
