Support Specialist L2; JavaScript

• Promptly resolve customer technical issues at the L2 level.
• Analyze and eliminate errors in software operation.
• Write and support SQL queries to analyze data and find solutions.
• Escalate incidents to a higher level (L3) when necessary.
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex technical issues.

• One year or more of experience in an L2 support position or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL, ability to write complex queries and optimize them.
• Understanding of the principles of client‑server applications.
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies and products.
• Experience with incident management systems (e.g. Jira, Service Now) would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills, proactive, ability to articulate clearly and accurately.
• Write project documentation in your spare time.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL).
• Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g. Python) would be a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
