UX Solution Lead

UX Lead vacancy for our Rotkreuz based client in the Pharma sector.

• Lead UX work streams from discovery through to launch preparation for complex healthcare solutions
• Translate business goals, customer insights, and regulatory context into actionable design decisions
• Plan, estimate, and manage UX activities, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and resource requirements
• Coordinate designers, researchers, and contributors across multiple concurrent work streams and teams
• Integrate UX work into agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement and PI Planning
• Facilitate workshops, prioritisation sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings

• 8+ years' experience in UX, product or service design, HCI, or a related field
• Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Human Factors, or a related discipline
• Proven track record leading UX for complex digital or hardware products, services, or solutions within regulated environments
• Project management expertise including planning, estimation, dependency and risk management
• Language skills:
  English

• Outstanding stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity, structure complex challenges, and drive team alignment
• Exceptional collaboration skills in global and matrixed environments
