Senior IT Business Consultant – D365 Supply Chain

A large international organisation within the distribution sector is looking for a Senior IT Business Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Supply Chain) to join its in‑house Digital & Technology team in Switzerland.

This is a hands‑on, business‑facing role within a multi‑country D365 F&O rollout
, focused on supply chain, logistics, and warehousing processes
. You will act as the link between business operations and IT, owning requirements, process design, and functional delivery — not a pure consulting or technical role.

You’ll remain closely involved beyond go‑live, driving optimisation and long‑term process improvement across multiple entities.

• Own the D365 F&O Supply Chain functional domain
• Act as IT Business Consultant / Business Systems Analyst
• Gather and translate business requirements into D365 solutions
• Lead AS‑IS / TO‑BE design and gap analysis
• Coordinate configuration, testing, and rollout activities
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and delivery partners
• Support go‑live and drive continuous improvement

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or D365 F&O
• Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, or Operations
• Experience in ERP implementations or rollouts
• Comfortable bridging business and IT
• Experience in multi‑country ERP environments
• Fluent German and English
• Willing to work hybrid on‑site in Switzerland (Zug / Zurich area)

• Salary up to CHF 120,000 (fixed base)
