Digital Marketing Manager - Social Media; Maternity Cover

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Linked In strategy, including planning, publishing, and performance tracking.
• Create compelling posts, articles, and multimedia content tailored to our target audience.
• Monitor Linked In analytics to optimize content performance and inform future strategy.
• Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across email, website, and paid media to support product launches, events, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to develop high‑quality, SEO optimized content for web and email.
• Support the creation of landing pages, blog posts, whitepapers, press releases, etc., and digital assets that reflect our brand and expertise.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Hub Spot, and other marketing automation platforms to measure success.
• Support day‑to‑day management of digital channels and campaign assets.
• Stay updated on emerging digital tools and trends to enhance marketing efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Digital Marketing, Marketing/Communications, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing or social media role.
• Financial services experience preferred, specifically at an index provider, asset manager, or B2B fintech.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and growing social media presence and representing a company’s voice through its social profile.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual content creation skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.
• German and any additional European language preferred.

• Experience with CMS platforms such as Word Press.
• Strong video editing capabilities for short‑form and campaign content, e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to support content development, campaign execution, and workflow efficiency.
• Basic graphic design and video production skills using Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools such as Hub Spot and Salesforce.
• Experience with AI tools.
