A global organisation is strengthening its internal IT support capabilities across a distributed, multi-office environment. This role focuses on delivering reliable, hands‑on support for employees, workplace technology, and office infrastructure, while contributing to a shift from reactive support toward a more scalable, standardised, and automation‑driven model.
You will play a key role in ensuring employees are productive from day one by supporting onboarding, workplace set‑up, endpoint management, and day‑to‑day IT operations. In parallel, you will contribute to improving processes, documentation, and service delivery efficiency.
This is a practical, hands‑on role within a fast‑paced environment, requiring close collaboration with internal IT teams, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders across regional locations.
Responsibilities- Provide onsite and remote technical support for end‑user devices and workplace technology
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including device provisioning, set‑up, and access coordination
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and collaboration tool issues
- Manage endpoints, user accounts, and mobile devices within standard frameworks
- Support meeting room systems, printers, and local office infrastructure
- Maintain accurate asset inventories, device records, and documentation
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and clear communication
- Contribute to improving support processes and operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual tasks through automation, standardisation, and self‑service
- Support compliance with endpoint security policies in collaboration with security teams
- Assist with office moves, expansions, and local technology projects
- Contribute to knowledge bases, documentation, and operational runbooks
- Identity and access management processes
- Endpoint lifecycle and device management tools
- Collaboration and meeting room technologies
- ITSM platforms and ticketing workflows
- Automation and scripting tools (e.g. Power Shell)
- Effective onboarding and off‑boarding execution
- High‑quality ticket resolution and user support outcomes
- Accurate asset and inventory management
- Clear and maintained documentation and knowledge articles
- Contributions to automation and process improvements
- Support performance aligned with service quality and efficiency metrics
- Consistent workplace technology standards across locations
- Experience in IT support, end‑user computing, or service desk environments
- Hands‑on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra , and Intune
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
- Experience supporting user lifecycle processes and workplace operations
- Understanding of ITSM practices and support workflows
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong stakeholder communication
- Customer‑focused mindset with strong operational discipline
- Experience maintaining documentation and knowledge bases
- Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g. Power Shell) is advantageous
- Interest in process optimisation and reducing repetitive manual work
- Focus on proactive, scalable, and automation‑driven support
- Emphasis on standardisation and self‑service enablement
- Continuous improvement mindset with focus on root cause resolution
- Balance between user experience, security, and operational efficiency
