Senior Manager, Data Standards and Quality

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain data standards and ensure consistent data quality across the entire IMSC landscape.
• Bridge traditional enterprise systems and the shared analytics/AI readiness platform (CDL).
• Define frameworks, drive automation, and foster innovation for trusted, compliant, and fit‑for‑purpose data.
• Collaborate with MDM Governance and Analytics Platform Governance leads.
• Drive strategic initiatives for automation and innovation in governance processes.
• Communicate vision and progress effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Monitor adoption and maturity of standards and quality frameworks, reporting on trends and improvement opportunities.

• Master’s degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data quality management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of data standards frameworks and data quality methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) and analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks).
• Technical proficiency in data quality tools, automation frameworks, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
• Familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms and metadata management solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving governance initiatives.
• Fluent in English.
