Responsibilities

Shape the future of finance within Innovative Medicine
Lead structured business requirements discovery for IMUAM
Own and drive the global UAM technology and transformation road map
Evaluate, introduce, and implement new technologies
Define and build board level business cases and solution options
Establish data-driven KPIs and dashboards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or university-level qualification in a relevant field
Minimum of 12 years’ relevant experience in international companies
Senior‑level expertise in translating business requirements
Proven experience assessing process and data dynamics
Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4

HANA security concepts
Experience introducing or implementing new technologies
Strong understanding of compliance requirements such as SOX
Executive‑level communication skills
Excellent oral and written English skills
