We are looking for a driven, next-generation Disaster Recovery / Information Security Analyst who is eager to take ownership and make a visible impact.
This role is approximately 60% Disaster Recovery & Service Continuity and 40% Operational Security
, offering the opportunity to help shape global resilience standards from headquarters while supporting broader security initiatives. You will act as a champion for Disaster Recovery, influencing stakeholders across international locations and helping define how resilience is managed across the organisation.

- Own and champion Disaster Recovery and Service Continuity across the organisation.
- Define and maintain DR standards, toolkits, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Review infrastructure, architecture, applications, and operational processes from a resilience perspective.
- Assess risks, outage impacts, and recovery capabilities.
- Drive DR testing, crisis simulations, and recovery readiness improvements.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to strengthen resilience practices.
- Perform security assessments, reviews, and risk evaluations.
- Support security awareness and training initiatives.
- Assist with operational security processes, incidents, and governance activities.
- Contribute to security risk management and compliance efforts.
- Identify opportunities for automation, scripting, and process improvement.
- 2-4 years' experience in Disaster Recovery, Service Continuity, or Information Security.
- Strong understanding of risk management, outages, resilience, and recovery planning.
- Comfortable reviewing infrastructure and architecture, not just documentation.
- Analytical, proactive, and confident in taking ownership.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with or interest in scripting and automation (Python, Power Shell, AI tools, etc.).
- Consultancy or advisory experience would be highly advantageous.
- Experience with in large or globally distributed organisations is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, EDRP or similar are beneficial.
- Knowledge of ISO
27001, ISO
22301, GDPR or related frameworks is advantageous.
