8525-Cilag GmbH International Legal Entity is seeking a Global BPO Performance Excellence Leader to oversee operational excellence across the J&J Med Tech Deliver network. You will define and govern global operational standards, ensuring execution consistency across all distribution centers.
The ideal candidate should have 12–15 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, alongside a strong background in operational excellence and distribution/warehouse management. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s preferred.
