Senior Category Manager – Procurement

Overview

• Advise the development of end-to-end leadership in a meaningful portfolio in Primary Packaging space
• Develop and implement end-to-end Procurement strategies aligned with business needs
• Lead key supplier relationships and collaborative initiatives
• Supervise supplier contract negotiations
• Manage a team in the near future depending on the evolution of the category space

• Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience
• High level of proficiency with core Procurement skills
• Strong experience in Primary Packaging
• Strong experience in Regulated Markets (e.g., Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices)
• Expertise in contracting, understanding regulatory, legal, compliance and commercial elements
• Internal Stakeholder Management skills
• Strong people management and coaching skills
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree required

Demonstrates extensive expertise in Procurement strategies and supplier relationship management within the Primary Packaging sector, with a strong focus on compliance and regulatory requirements in Regulated Markets.
