Project Manager Real Estate Development

Your mission

• Conceptualization, development, and implementation of large-scale real estate and neighborhood developments
• Completely taking on the role of principal contractor with responsibility for the management, control, and execution of the construction projects under supervision
• Coordination and management of all project partners involved
• Procurement, negotiation, and contracting of project services—in particular, architectural, general contractor, and technical contractor contracts
• Professional construction management (quality, cost, and schedule monitoring)
• Independent communication and representation of project interests towards authorities, companies, planners, neighbors, and other stakeholders
• Proactive decision management, controlling, and reporting, as well as transition of projects into marketing, maintenance, and utilization phases

• Successfully completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, project management, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience/track record in the coordination, planning, and implementation of building construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of the relevant standards and legal framework conditions across all relevant service phases, as well as in contract and procurement law
• Willingness to travel, entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong hands‑on mentality
• Confident manner and strong communication skills
• Independent, economical, and structured approach to work
