SSWISS GROUP AG is an international industrial group operating in the renewable energy sector, specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality solar modules and components. We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to support inspection, testing, and continuous improvement of product quality within our production facility.
Key Responsibilities- Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections of solar modules and components
- Conduct visual, dimensional, and electrical inspections (IV curve, insulation, EL, flash testing)
- Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to monitor production quality
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data{l>
- Record inspection results in ERP/MES systems
- Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Support root cause analysis (5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto)
- Ensure compliance with IEC standards and internal quality procedures
- Support internal and external audits
- Participate in audits and inspections with TÜV and other certification bodies
- Maintain quality records and inspection documentation
- Technical education in Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in quality control within manufacturing
- Knowledge of SPC and quality tools
- Understanding of IEC standards (IEC 61215, IEC 61730 – advantage)
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Experience with ERP/MES systems is an advantage
- German and/or English proficiency
