• Support quality assurance activities in series production.
• Participate in QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) meetings and daily quality reviews.
• Monitor, analyze, and report key quality KPIs.
• Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, defects, and improvement opportunities.
• Support root cause analysis using 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto, and 8D methodologies.
• Assist in implementing and validating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Track the effectiveness of improvement actions and support defect reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support rapid containment of production quality issues through QRQC methodology.
• Maintain quality documentation, records, and visual management tools.
• Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support projects focused on reducing scrap, rework, and customer-impacting defects.

• Basic understanding of quality assurance principles in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies (5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto, 8D, CAPA).
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret production and quality data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
