As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you play a central role in creating a unique customer experience. The interplay between your actions and our values contributes to your own success and that of H&M.

You:

• share your fashion and product knowledge to support our customers in their shopping experience.
• work as part of a team to provide first-class service.
• can communicate in German (at least B1) to create a positive shopping experience.
• ensure that the sales floor and stockroom are well stocked and organised.
• can be yourself and thereby positively represent the H&M Group.
• ideally have some initial experience in retail or a service-oriented role.

• The monthly gross salary for this position at 100% employment is at least CHF 4,192.– (13 monthly salaries). The actual remuneration depends on professional experience and qualifications.
