SPARK Trainee

Job Purpose

The SPARK Programme is a dynamic, paid traineeship designed to give candidates hands‑on experience in the fast‑paced biotech industry. Over 3 to 12 months, you’ll gain real exposure to Moon Lake’s mission, work alongside experienced professionals, and grow in an international, purpose‑driven environment. We are currently seeking SPARK trainees in the following areas:

• Finance
• Corporate Strategy

• Contribute to real, high‑impact projects across scientific, operational, or strategic teams
• Participate in onboarding and skills workshops tailored to your development
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams in your hub and beyond
• Receive guidance from a dedicated mentor, including mid‑program and final performance reviews
• Engage in the SPARKLAB macro project
• Actively participate in team life, including a potential visit to another hub

• Accepted at an institution for higher education, currently enrolled in or recently completed a higher education degree
• Curious, motivated, and eager to grow in a biotech setting
• B2 level of English or higher (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Able to work in person at one of our offices at least 3 days/week

• 3 days/week in our Zug (Switzerland), Cambridge (UK) or Porto (Portugal) office.
