We are looking for a Executive Director B2B Sales to drive the Bank’s institutional growth by acquiring and developing high-value B2B relationships across private banks, pension funds, and other institutional as well as corporate clients. The role leads end-to-end sales processes including RFPs, onboarding coordination, and key-account management while ensuring exceptional service delivery and strategic alignment. You will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client experience, optimize processes, and secure scalable partnerships that expand the Bank’s B2B footprint.
YourAMINA To-Do List Strategic Market Development
- Lead the bank’s institutional and B2B growth strategy across Private Banks, Pension Funds, Institutional Investors, and Corporate Clients.
- Drive expansion specifically within the DACH (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) region but also opportunistically in other EEA countries, leveraging established networks and market knowledge,
- Secure large-scale institutional partnerships, including omnibus account structures, platform integrations, and product‑distribution agreements.
- Oversee end-to-end RFP processes, ensuring strong proposal quality, senior-level negotiations, and seamless onboarding.
- Act as the senior executive representative for major high‑revenue institutional clients.
- Drive proactive account revenue growth by identifying and executing upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, expanding client relationships, increasing product penetration, and maximizing long‑term commercial value across institutional accounts.
- Lead long‑term relationship management, revenue optimization, and strategic account planning.
- Engage C‑suite stakeholders to drive adoption of digital asset solutions, custody, trading, tokenization, and related offerings.
- Provide senior oversight on complex onboarding processes, including institutional KYC, AML, and documentation workflows.
- Represent B2B priorities internally and ensure alignment with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product, Technology, and Legal teams.
- Strengthen operational processes to enable scalability, efficiency, and robust risk controls.
