Die Stiftung zuwebe in Zug sucht per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Sozialpädagogin/Sozialpädagoge (80%) zur individuellen Unterstützung von Klientinnen und Klienten mit hoher Selbständigkeit. Zu den Aufgaben gehören Coachen, Beziehungsarbeit und organisatorische Tätigkeiten.
Erforderlich sind eine Ausbildung in der Sozialpädagogik, Erfahrung im Umgang mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen sowie gute PC-Kenntnisse. Die Stelle erfordert Flexibilität in den Arbeitszeiten.
