Die Sennhütte Zug sucht eine Sozialarbeiter:in FH/HF zur befristeten Krankheitsvertretung (20–70 %). Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich in einem interdisziplinären Team und unterstützen Klient:innen in sozialen, finanziellen und behördlichen Belangen.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Fallbearbeitung, Koordination mit Gemeinden und Sozialdiensten sowie die Organisation von Anschlusslösungen. Flexible Einsätze und direkter Kontakt zu Klient:innen stehen im Vordergrund.
