Quantitative Developer DeFi & CeFi

Collaborate on developing highly competitive trading algorithms and platforms for CeFi and DeFi markets;
Design and implement state-of-the-art trade execution and connectivity solutions;
Conduct research and analysis of DeFi protocols, exchange microstructures, and trading strategies;
Stay up to date with developments in blockchain ecosystems, DeFi protocols, and exchange landscapes;
Contribute to end‑to‑end solutions, from concept and prototyping to deployment.

• Strong proficiency in applied mathematics, statistics, and numerical modeling.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets and digital assets.
• Comfortable in a Linux R&D environment with git and related tools.
• Ability to research independently and adapt to rapidly changing markets.
• Excellent programming skills in one or more blockchain languages (e.g., Golang, Rust, Solidity, Move).
• Proficiency in English.

• Hands‑on experience in blockchain analytics, smart contract design, and cryptography.
• Deep understanding of EVM or other blockchain ecosystems.
• Programming experience in quantitative trading environments.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑based systems.
