• Lead the migration from multi-repositories to a unified monorepo, including consolidation of Git Lab pipelines
• Analyze existing repository structures and define scalable migration strategies
• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Git Lab
• Develop and leverage reusable Git Lab pipeline components for modularization
• Integrate and automate Yocto/Bit Bake build processes within Git Lab pipelines
• Collaborate closely with software engineering and infrastructure teams
• Ensure adherence to best practices in versioning, testing, and deployment

• Prior experience in Dev Ops engineering within complex environments
• Expertise in Git and repository strategies (monorepo vs. multirepo)
• Hands‑on experience with Git Lab CI/CD (YAML pipelines, runners, pipeline optimization)
• Experience with pipeline modularization concepts (e.g., Git Lab Components)
• Skilled with Yocto Project and embedded Linux build systems
• Experienced with container technologies (Docker)
• Solid Linux skills (shell scripting, Python, system understanding)
• Expertise in build optimization (caching, parallelization, artifact management)

• Experience in embedded systems development
• Knowledge of release management and versioning strategies (e.g., Semantic Versioning)
