Senior Software Engineer (.NET & AI

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in .NET development and hands‑on experience with modern architectural patterns to help drive our AI‑assisted engineering practices. The role includes responsibility for ensuring that critical business processes, client‑facing services, authentication and authorization mechanisms, and network communications are designed, developed, and maintained in accordance with established security, compliance, and operational standards.

This includes safeguarding systems that handle client authentication, sensitive business transactions, and inter‑service communication across internal and external networks.

• Lead the development of robust, scalable, and secure enterprise‑grade applications.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, mentorship, and the establishment of coding and engineering standards
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple locations to deliver innovative solutions
• Drive the pragmatic adoption of AI‑assisted engineering capabilities and development workflows
• Identify , assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities and technical risks within applications and supporting infrastructure
• Support compliance, audit, and operational requirements through appropriate documentation , monitoring, and security controls
• Contribute to the design and evolution of distributed systems, APIs, and integration platforms with a strong focus on security, resilience, and maintainability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background in .NET and modern software development practices
• Experience designing and developing secure, distributed applications and services
• Proficiency in mentoring junior developers and establishing coding standards and best practices
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and collaborate effectively within a team
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, agile environment
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to understand and implement complex business processes
• Experience with REST principles, API design, and the OpenAPI standard

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices in containerized environments and event‑driven architectures
• Experience with AI‑assisted development tooling, including Claude Code, MCP, RAG, and Azure AI Foundry
• Experience with frontend development using React
• Understanding of cloud security principles, identity and access management, and secure application design
• Familiarity with YAML‑based deployment pipelines, CI/CD platforms (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins), and version control systems (e.g., Git)
