At AMINA India, we are looking for an experienced professional to lead end‑to‑end process discovery, redesign, and AI-driven automation across critical business functions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and measurable impact. The role also champions compliant, well-governed solutions while driving adoption through close collaboration with stakeholders, delivering sustainable, high-value transformation.

• Architect, design, and implement scalable and robust software solutions using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies when applicable.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software components to resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

• Proven 4+ years' experience as a Senior Backend Engineer with a focus on Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin programming languages.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTfuI API design principles.
• At least basic knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker).
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops tooling is an additional advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Project experience with finance/banking domains will be beneficial to fit the role.
• Experience with payments standardISO 20022(knowledgeofmessage formats PACS, CAMT, payment processing)
• Nice to have:
  Experience in agentic development.
