Senior Associate – IFRS & US GAAP Audit (Asset Management)
Location:
TN Switzerland, Canton of Lucerne, Switzerland
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audits across IFRS/US GAAP/Lux GAAP for a large private equity client, ensuring full compliance throughout every engagement phase.
- Coordinate international and shared service teams across Europe, the USA, APAC, and other regions, fostering seamless collaboration and clear communication.
- Create meaningful value for clients, teams, and your own professional growth within a motivated team operating in a dynamic environment.
- Strengthen stakeholder management capabilities by working across complex, challenging projects and special assurance engagements.
- Solid expertise in IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards, including hands‑on experience with large, listed multinational clients.
- 3‑4 years of experience managing and supporting complex, cross‑border audit engagements end‑to‑end in an international environment.
- At least 3 years of experience collaborating with Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders effectively and independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
German language skills are a plus. - Coaching and team development competence, with the ability to guide team members in a global audit context.
