Manager / Senior Manager (all genders) – IFRS and Corporate Reporting Centre of Excellence, National Audit

As IFRS and Corporate Reporting specialists, you equip our largest and most complex clients, bid teams, audit and assurance teams with clear, practical and robust advice and deep insights on IFRS technical accounting topics and wider Corporate Reporting, including sustainability topics with a particular focus on local ESG reporting (TCFD, CSRD, ISA).

Key responsibilities include developing Deloitte’s global IFRS and Corporate Reporting guidance, supporting Swiss go-to-market offerings and learning and development initiatives, and collaborating with national and global teams on policy, procedures and emerging issues.

• Interact and consult with technical accounting partners within Deloitte North and South Europe, Deloitte IFRS Global Office and senior audit leaders on complex accounting and sustainability reporting topics.
• Take an active role in internal and external IFRS and wider Corporate Reporting/sustainability reporting presentations and publications.
• Get involved in annual financial statement reviews for our largest and most complex clients.
• Collaborate with the Quality National Office to develop policies and procedures for the Swiss audit and assurance practice.
• Work with the Learning and Development team to provide all major IFRS and wider Corporate Reporting learnings and presentations.

• Profound technical accounting skills and professional experience in applying and interpreting IFRS Standards, preferably in a technical accounting team or accounting policy role.
• Interest in learning and applying newly developed sustainability standards.
• Strong focus on quality, integrity and professionalism.
• Positive attitude, ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
  German an advantage.
