Perm Serv AG sucht eine engagierte Fachperson als Immobilienbuchhalter In im 80–100% Pensum am rechten Zürichsee-Ufer. Sie führen eigenständig mehrere Immobilienbuchhaltungen, betreuen Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung und erstellen Heiz-/Nebenkostenabrechnungen sowie MWST-Abrechnungen.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Bewirtschaftung und proaktive Prozessoptimierung runden das Profil ab. Sie bringen 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung, eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und ausgeprägte
