Senior Consultant - Advisory Services - Payroll

The opportunity

Our People Advisory Services department needs reinforcement and is looking for a motivated, flexible person for the payroll area as a senior consultant (part‑time position;

returnees are welcome).

• Support national and international clients in payroll and personnel administration
• Keep payroll accounting and/or are responsible for payroll accounting, including communication with clients, tax authorities and social security partners
• Support our near‑shore and off‑shore teams to complete monthly payroll tasks
• Provide support in the acquisition of new clients and networking at the location
• Work on exciting internal and external projects from day one and gain in‑depth insight into a wide range of industries and corporate divisions

• A recognized diploma/certificate in payroll, social security specialist or social security expert
• An excellent level of English;
  German/French is considered an asset
• A strong analytical mind and the ability to combine method and rigor
• A first significant experience in in‑wage processing
• A sound knowledge and experience in MS Office, ABACUS and/or SAP is considered a plus
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a confident demeanor
