The RoleWe are expanding our team and looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work closely with our CEO and leadership team. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment values precision and discretion and is eager to contribute to the next step in our journey.
You will- Work closely with our CEO and leadership team: manage complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and discretion.
- Track key initiatives: monitor deadlines, deliverables, and follow‑ups to ensure strategic priorities stay on schedule.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings (both internal and external): prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure effective follow‑through on action items.
- Handle correspondence on behalf of leadership: ensure timely, professional communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and key documentation to support executive decision‑making and company initiatives.
- Provide broad administrative support across the leadership team, helping streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
- Organize and manage logistics for events, workshops, and in‑person leadership meetings, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail.
- 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role within a fast‑moving dynamic organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to represent leadership with professionalism and clarity.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities, with a proven talent for prioritizing multitasking and managing competing deadlines.
- High level of integrity, judgment, and discretion, especially when handling sensitive information or high‑level interactions.
- Proactive, resourceful mindset anticipating needs, taking initiative, and solving problems before they arise.
- Thrives in a collaborative fast‑paced environment, bringing calm structure and reliability to a growing leadership team.
