We are currently looking for a flexible and service-oriented Executive Assistant who likes working in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
As an Executive Assistant, you will support senior management with organizational, administrative, and strategic tasks. You will gain comprehensive insight into company management and actively contribute to the preparation of decisions, projects, and management meetings.
This role offers the opportunity to gain deep insights into corporate management, collaborate closely with senior leadership, and progressively assume responsibility in strategic and operational projects. It serves as an excellent foundation for a future career in management, project management, or business operations.
The starting date is as soon as possible at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.
Responsibilities- Planning, coordinating, and booking business travel (flights, hotels, transfers, visas, etc.)
- Administration and reconciliation of travel costs and expenses
- Calendar management and meeting coordination
- Preparation for meetings, workshops and events
- Supporting in correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
- Preparation of regular management reports and presentations
- Compilation and analysis of key business metrics
- Supporting the preparation of decision‑making materials
- Maintaining and updating dashboards and reports
- Researching and consolidating market and competitor insights
- Preparing and following up on strategy and management meetings
- Creating presentation materials for senior management
- Taking minutes and tracking agreed actions
- Participation in strategic projects and special assignments
- Supporting in coordinating cross‑functional initiatives
- Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field
- Previous practical experience is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
