Location: Zürich
Jobup sucht eine:n Office Manager:in für das Quantum Device Lab der ETH Zürich, idealerweise mit 40%-70% Arbeitszeit. In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie das Team in administrativen Belangen, bearbeiten Bestellungen und Spesen und planen Veranstaltungen.
Sie sollten eine Ausbildung im administrativen Bereich haben, einschlägige Berufserfahrung und gute Excel-Kenntnisse mitbringen. Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten werden angeboten.
