Location: Zürich
The Role
We are looking for a reliable, hands‑on General Administrator to take ownership of daily office operations and facilities coordination in a 25% role (morning presence, 5 days per week). This person will ensure the office runs smoothly, remains organized and welcoming, and supports light finance administration. The role requires visible in‑office presence and proactive ownership of operational details.
Working Model- Workload: 25%

5 mornings per week (approx. 2–2.5 hours per day) - Location:

Finance & Administrative Support
- Check the mailbox and scan relevant documents
- Support light bookkeeping tasks
- Facilitate office support as needed
Office & Facilities Management
- Ensure daily office readiness (kitchens, meeting rooms, shared areas)
- Oversee printers and shredders (paper, toner, functionality)
- Maintain tidy and organized kitchen areas
- Manage consumables (coffee, paper goods, supplies)
- Coordinate minor repairs and facility issues
- Liaise with external service providers
- Coordinate and facilitate sub‑tenants’ requests
People & Culture Logistics
- Organize simple in‑office initiatives
- Support light internal events and engagement activities
- Help foster a welcoming, professional atmosphere
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently
- Confident interacting with vendors when needed
- Reliable and punctual
- German language skills is a plus
- Self‑motivated and proactive
