SERV Schweizerische Exportrisikoversicherung sucht am Standort Zürich eine/n Empfangsmitarbeiter/in als Allrounder/in (m/w/d) per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung.
Sie begrüßen Gäste, organisieren Sitzungen, übernehmen Logistik- und Büroarbeiten und betreuen proaktiv das Gebäudemanagement. Zudem führen Sie Lernende an Empfangsspraxis an, koordinieren Telefonanrufe in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch, und arbeiten eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen.
