Location: Zürich

We are looking for an Executive Assistant for one of our big corporate clients.

This is a 6 month contracting role, which is going to be internalised after that period.

As an Executive Assistant
, you will provide comprehensive support to senior leadership, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of business operations, schedules, and stakeholder interactions.

You will act as a trusted partner to executives, coordinating complex calendars, organising meetings and travel arrangements, preparing presentations and reports, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.

In addition, you will serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, helping to facilitate communication across different departments and supporting various strategic and administrative initiatives. Your proactive approach and strong organisational skills will enable you to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

To be successful in this position, you should have previous experience supporting senior executives within a fast-paced corporate environment, ideally within financial services or another professional services setting. Excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant
  • Experience supporting senior management or C-level executives
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and detail-focused mindset
  • Fluent German and English are required
