Zu den Aufgaben gehören Schriftverkehr, Telefonkontakt, Versand medizinischer Berichte und Pflege der Patientenlisten in der Neurologie; zudem vertreten Sie das Beschwerdemanagement im Team und arbeiten eng mit der Disposition zusammen. Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich, Englisch vorteilhaft.
