- Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Begleitung von Leistungs- und Eingliederungsfällen im Bereich der Sozialversicherungen.
- Prüfung von Anspruchsvoraussetzungen sowie Einholen und Auswerten relevanter Unterlagen.
- Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Versicherten, medizinischen Fachpersonen, Arbeitgebern und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen.
- Koordination von Fallabklärungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachstellen.
- Nachvollziehbare Dokumentation sowie Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
- Kompetente Auskunftserteilung und verständliche Erläuterung von Leistungsentscheiden.
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufsmaturität
- Medizinische Kenntnisse oder Erfahrung im Sozialversicherungsbereich
- Freude an der Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller administrativer Fragestellungen
- Erste Berufserfahrung in einer strukturierten, administrativen Funktion von Vorteil
- Analytische Denkweise, hohe Selbstständigkeit und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude am Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
