Aufgaben
- Neuanträge prüfen auf Vollständigkeit, fehlende Unterlagen anfordern
- Anträge bewerten nach Firmeninternen Richtlinien
- Telefonische und schriftliche Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch
- Kontakt zu Ämter und Behörden
- Administrative Unterstützung im Team
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung o.ä. (z.
B. Handelsschule) - Bereits Erfahrung aus einer kundenorientierten Tätigkeit (z.
B. Call Center, Reisebüro, Telekommunikation…) - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute bis sehr gute Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, SAP von Vorteil
- Alter ab 20 Jahren bis 50 Jahren
- Arbeit in einem jungen, aufgestellten Team
- Pensum: 80-100%
- Arbeitsort: Zürich
- Stellenantritt: per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung
