Sales & Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mid-size and major companies
• Close service-based contracts aligned with Expleo’s commercial strategy
• Drive profitability and contribute to commercial goals with a proactive mindset

Recruitment & Team Building

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to select and onboard top consulting talents
• Build and manage your own team of consultants

Operational & Client Management

• Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability of your portfolio
• Maintain strong commercial relationships with partners and clients
• Oversee project delivery and ensure high-quality consultancy services

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in consulting sales
• FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH (Swiss German is a strong advantage)
• Proven success in business development within the Swiss market (2+ years)
• Sector experience in banking, finance, insurance, public sector, or IT
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented approach
• Team player with a passion for networking and innovation

• Experience working with top-tier clients or government entities
• Familiarity with digital transformation and engineering services
