Requirements

Professional Experience

• Experience in a consulting or strategic sourcing environment.
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and align sourcing strategies with business needs.
• Experience leading transformational initiatives across multiple service categories.
• Hands‑on experience managing the full sourcing lifecycle, including contract negotiation and vendor selection.
• Strong capability in structuring deals and drafting commercial agreements.
• Fluency in English and German ideally
• Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
• Skilled in vendor relationship management and performance governance.
• Collaborative approach with internal teams to ensure holistic outcomes.
• Proficient in building business cases, cost/benefit analysis, and pricing models.
• Deep understanding of total cost of ownership and market benchmarking.
